How do I participate in the tests?
Log into Discord and request access in a ticket. The team informs you of availability and installation guidelines.
Is the website account the same as the game account?
Yes. The portal uses the project's official account service. Use your game username to log in, not your email address.
The launcher or game files have an error.
Close the game completely, confirm the selected folder in the launcher and use Repair. Then, start with the Play button. If it continues, please report the error in a ticket.
I found a bug in the world or in my class.
Open a Discord report with the location, name of the mission or skill, steps to reproduce and, if possible, a screenshot. Never include your password.
Can I buy items or recharge DP?
The store and donation are still a preview. There is no charge or delivery of items at this stage. Activation will be announced on official channels.
I forgot my password or need to delete the account.
Search for the team in a private ticket. The team guides account recovery and deletion procedures.
